He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.

You can not expect weight loss just by walking. Walking will burn calories but will not reduce tummy. Those who claims walking reduces belly fat, they are just misleading.

Experiments show 10000 steps not doable sirji. 15000 !! Just try one day.

10000 steps is not equal to 10 km as is commonly imagined. For me 4km walk is about 5300 steps. So logically 8 km walk will be more than 10000 steps. Also all the steps if included during the day like your normal activities in the house it should be possible to exceed 10000 and touch 15000 even.
