Turned 61 this year feel better than I ever have 👍 wim hof breathing everyday, cold shower everyday, grounding barefoot outside everyday and a meat, fruit and dairy diet. No more anxiety, depression, eczema…. Overall I feel amazing 😁 Took me a bit to find my groove with all this but through trial and error I did it !! We are all different so find what makes you feel good and keep at it 🎉you matter. 🙏❤️🧚‍♀️

Although we may have arrived at this lifestyle from different paths, mine is in essence as you described in this video. On most points presented, my thoughts were "Wow, that's what I do". The greatest take away for others who might read this comment is this: living this way makes for a fuller, healthier and more productive life. I'm what is typically referred to as a "senior citizen", retired and doing what I want. No health issues or medications, with the strength and energy to enjoy life. Keep up the good work. Your videos are very useful and insightful. (Da Deutsch meine Zweitsprache ist, finde ich Ihren Akzent beim Englischsprechen interessant.)

I can't imagine the underlying sense of self reliance and gratitude you have for sticking with such a strong weekly routine. The stability and confidence that arises from doing all of this is palpable! 💪 Awesome video sir ❤

Terrific layout of a health conscious daily/ weekly habits. I found this helpful to hear as I try to maintain many of these in my daily life. One thing I struggle with is balancing exercise ( various forms- cardio/ stretching / endurance etc) with my demanding work life which is very physical in nature. I manage to maintain my energy throughout my work day however my attention span and will decrease at the end of the work day. I maintain a balanced eating habit, but exercise... Thank you!

Maybe if you do lots of physical movements during work you don't need so much out of work. Like maybe focusing more on any gaps of muscle groups that don't get used so much during work. Eg maybe include flexibility. Nb I'm not an expert.

I suggest that brainwave rhythms be added into this research. Why? The reason that sleep is so important is that when we drop down into the Delta brainwave pattern, our bodies do the serious repair work. Low Delta is in synch with our heart rate, about 1Hz per second. Good work!

The bank lends, the customer borrows. (Pardon me; probably a third of my comments on YT are for correcting grammar and spelling, after all, words create reality. I can tell from your accent and pronunciations that English is not your first language, but I hope also trust that you're the kind of man who wants to improve wherever he can.)

This stuff is great for nervous system regulation. But modern neuroscience is still limited, as of yet it can not replace Shadow work and other forms of deep emotional work or spirituality also. It can definitely ride in tandem though. Break open social conditioning, let everything into your experience. May all beings be at peace, love the video though brother!

Thank you Kitaro for another great video! =) I too follow both Huberman and Wim Hof, and have applied their teachings to my everyday life, just like you, so I really enjoy your uploads, keep them coming! I can also highly recommend the book "Lifespan" by Dr. David A Sinclair if you haven't read it yet.

He has such a nice voice. I wish creators would stop using those highly annoying sound affects. KZbin should allow viewers to tag special affects including muzak tracks so that creators can determine source of negative responses.

I'm guilty of bad late night sleep for all my adult life. I have tried many times incoroporating early sleeps, however when you, all your friends and your gf finish work at 21:00 oh, it's so hard to think about sleeping instead of meeting with them for some chill alcohol night.. I cannot find an alternative to that, like say sleeping early and spending that time in the morning.
