Thank you so much! I'm amazed and really grateful for all the support so far. It was definitely a time sink trying to figure it out! Think I had 4 versions of the thumbnail I was playing around with which had different colour/size text, different wording, Deadpool in various scales, etc. Thought as a new kid on the block, I hadn't earned the trust that what I'd blurred would actually be any good when it came to the reveal, so just went for showing the end result haha

Very nicely done! Your colors are spot on, and filling in those mouth slits was a good move. It reads more as Deadpool's mask that way. I know his shoulders in the comics are black, but an idea could've been to make some logo decals or even freehand them like it's a chapter symbol? Still, I could totally see this guy show up alongside the rest of the Deadpool Corps

I love that Deadpool’s color scheme is the same as the flesh tearers my favorite and personal chapter. In fact how you did the back pack is exactly how I do mine. Maybe I should make a one of them a Deadpool in disguise.

Really enjoyed this vid, great work, I'm more scratchbuilder than kitbasher so I'm inspired to work from scratch and make a fireteam of Deadpool variants, definitely including Lady Deadpool and making them fit my Dark Harlequin aesthetics (and the rules) as an ally for my Drukhari, likely making her the leader with facepaint instead of the mask

Definitely need to do a wolverine of this one and I would actually use the jump pack intercessor just don't use the jump pack but I'm suggesting it because of how it has that jumping position pose and he's got the little thrusters on the back of the calf area so it'll help him jump higher and you literally just need two lightning Claws and a little bit of epoxy putty to make the spikes that come off of his mask and just put a regular Marine backpack on him. Although you can make it actual proper army out of this if you wanted to just paint up a bunch of different Marines as different heroes and villains characters like magneto and Xavier would be librarians I mean you could have a whole squad of nothing but iron Man as regular Marines war machine would have to be one of those devastators and you just move the big cannon on top of the shoulder, and for the chapter symbol you just use a big marvel m and then the other shoulder you put the characters emblem on it

Jump Pack Intercessors are a great shout for a more dynamic pose :) I've gone for a comic accurate scale currently, but could definitely do another Huge Jacked Man version in the future. Absolutely, loads of fun options to play around with in the Marvel universe! War Machine marines sound awesome :D

In terms of the model and the paint job, fantastic work, great execution! Editing, wonderful, feels on a par with similar channels and the humour throughout, and as mentioned elsewhere, the groin zooms, is fun One critical note I will mention is the mic, it was picking up mouth noises and it was a little distracting. But for a first video, you came out swinging like Kharn the Betrayer! Excellent work, keep it up!

I have a video recommendation, search for "Make Your Microphone Sound PRO in 5 EASY Steps!" by Gaming Careers, has some very solid advice for learning how filters work so you can adjust them for yourself.

Yeah I considered a bunch of options when planning this project - originally I was going to go for swords that were actually in sheaths but couldn't find any bits online for love or money. Aeldari blades would have been really cool / a bit closer to Deadpool's katanas, in the end I settled on the chainswords to ground him a bit to the Space Marines aesthetic (don't think his brothers would be a massive fan of xenos weaponry :D)

I seem to remember the White Scars weapon upgrade pack had some Katana-like looking swords ... but that was 10 years ago so I have no idea where you could find some. Still, it looks good as it is!
