YES TO SNAP MECHS (in addition to the snap ships). These are great!
@Wingspan_56 жыл бұрын
I swear Norm is one of the best interviewers on the planet. Always pays attention and asks interesting questions and makes points that move the conversation forward and relates the product to industry stuff and other topics. Top notch every time, not missing the ginger dude's bland, flat interviews: "oh wow!" "that's really cool!" "*cringy joke*
@twitte0king6 жыл бұрын
thats's really cool! (btw, he's Will and he is abit aggressive in podcast too, always interrupt Norm and Adam with his brain freeze stutter)

Oh wow! Not trying to troll here but LOLz the hate runs deep for that guy, so sad :( ... But to each his or her own, no that's really cool :D!
@skagerstrom6 жыл бұрын
Norm can be annoying AF to be honest. Sometimes (quite often) he awnsers the question in the question. "So how do you do X? Do you *explains everything*?" The person he interviews can just basicly say "Yes..".
@Temp0raryName6 жыл бұрын
Sometimes that can be a good technique though. Not necessary in this case, as the person being interviewed was charming and eloquent. Note how Norm just stood back and let him get on with it. Then, once he had reached a conclusion, Norm gave him a brief question to set him going again. Other times though he is dealing with people who may not be too good in front of the camera. Or the piece is going overlong. In which case it can be a good call to get the information to us succinctly, by Norm anticipating the facts. Getting that 'yes' turns it from supposition into us knowing how the thing works. Granted other interviewers have the knack for guiding an interviewee, and helping them to shine. That just is not Norm's style. He is after the technical facts. Which is good for this job.
@nicklang76703 жыл бұрын
The reason why Norm is good at social skills is because he is nice and gentle and cares about the person he interviews, unlike your apathetic comment.

I love Jeff's reaction when asked about people making their own parts.. unsure if this would be a bad marketing move.. haha lovely to see the honesty and enjoyment he has when realising people would probably love it even more that way. I'm interested, totally hope my local retailer for stuff like this is gonna buy it.
@jack_k21366 жыл бұрын
Good point though one obstacle would be the $3000 price tag for a quality 3D printer would keep most people from printing their own parts.
@anoccomir6 жыл бұрын
