Excellent video. Could you help me with a question please? Usually i make pizza dough: 1 Kilogram of flour (2,2 lb) plus other stuff like water, sugar, salt, etc. Is Kitcheaid Artisan able to deal with this dough? The final weight is app. 1,6 kilogram (3,5 lb). Thanks!!!

I make pizza dough on Friday’s for my family of four. I have the regular Kitchen Aid mixer and it is the perfect size for me. It makes two 10 inch pizza pies in my one batch.

I have the artisan which is 5 quart and it can't handle 1 kg of flour, it struggles and the dough will climb up on the hook... Better get 6 quart professional or up
