KitchenAid shredder attachments and KitchenAid food processor comparison on shredding cheese

I would have liked a better look at the shred from the food processor. I already own the food processor and stand mixer. I make a lot of pizza and have been shredding blocks of cheese with a box grater. Was thinking of getting the stand mixer attachment, but the food processor seems much faster. I'll try that and save myself some money. Thanks for the demo of both.

I just ordered the Favorkit all stainless steel shredder/slicer attachment. It’s all dishwasher safe and probably more durable than the plastic one.

My husband recently bought me a kitchenaid mixer & i want to shred my own cheese but what is the best way to store the shredded cheese? Looks like you have a mason jar with lids that i use to make my own vanilla 😊

It depends on how quickly you plan on using it. I store some in my refrigerator and some in the freezer. I just use a mason jar with a plastic lid.
