Around the third week of July in my area, beautiful fresh apricots are available. I usually buy an 11 quart box and make 3 batches of this jam every year. In this video, I show you how to make classic apricot jam with just 3 ingredients: sugar, apricots and lemon juice. I also do a batch with fresh tarragon and then a batch with Limoncello liqueur.
