You are wonderful. I was trying to think about something to replace the sausages in the rolls, because I'm a vegetarian... Turns out you already came up with a perfect solution! You're m'y hero! I can't wait to try everything. Thank you so, so much for these amazing recipes. You're explaining very well, but it's straight to the point and doesn't last for hours. Plus, the aesthetic of your videos is incredible. Thank you for putting so much thoughts in everything. All the love from France!

Great recipes as always. Thank you! FYI, being Cornish, we would place our meat on top of the pasty veg so the juices would dribble through the veg whilst cooking.

Thank you for all the recipes. I have made quite a few of them, a favourite being the steak dianne casserole and some of the other sauces you make. When making sausage rolls I find it easier to cut the raw pastry with a pizza cutter, rather than a knife, and often season the inside of the pastry with a little salt and black pepper.

Do you think it would work adding either some cheese or a thin smear of a chutney/pickle to the sausage rolls? I don’t want to end up with a soggy bottom 😉

Can you freeze the sausage rolls … and then do you cook from frozen? If yes can you post the cook from frozen info please. Many thanks x
