For coffee flavor add coffee for vanilla, strawberry n others, instead of cocoa powder just add more flour n relevant essence, fruit n food color And garnish accordingly It's quite simple

It's an easy recipe BUT two things. Baking in the micro doesn't brown the cake like in an oven. Second pouring milk to keep it moist . The cake will surely turn soft after a few hours. Why not use a little more oil instead. With enough oil the cake remains soft and need not be kept in the fridge. I have been baking for over 50 years and never needed to add milk to keep acake soft.
