🇹🇹Kitchri(Vegan), Tomato Choka(Vegan) and Stewed Gizzards

In this video I am making three favorties, kitchri, a roasted tomato choka and stewed gizzards. Hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we do.

Ingredients
Stewed Gizzard
1 pack gizzard (about 2 pounds)
3 tablespoons green seasoning
1 small onion, sliced
Hot pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tomato, chopped
1 scallion, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp grated ginger
Salt
Black pepper, ground
2 tbs brown sugar
4 sprigs thyme
Chopped herbs
Tomato Choka
1=2 lbs tomatoes
1/2 large onion, sliced
3-4 cloves garlic
Hot pepper to taste
3 tbs evoo

Enjoy. Other meal ideas with these recipes: Kitchri can be enjoyed by itself, tomato choka can be enjoyed with sada roti (also dhal and rice) and the stewed gizzards can be enjoyed with dhal and rice, hops bread or roti. Thanks!
