What kind of a shit show is that entire setup? Why don't they have a permanent station that they can access from the top like other stadiums? I am not sure I want to rope up to that mess, but I love the machine. In the past, we used Jumar Accenders to hoist our way up using our arms and legs. By the time I would get up to the top, I was covered in sweat and completely burned out. I like this machine, kind of a hand-held elevator.
@bloodlove9320 күн бұрын
idk much about stadiums, never been in one,but from what little i know, they're built in different times,different areas,with different regulations and rules,and a saying i heard "an architects dream is an engineers nightmare and an engineers dream is an architects nightmare" meaning the designer hates the builders limits and rules and the builder hates the designers asinine and unnecessary idiotic ideas. ergo i guess a combination of everything especially the last part where some dipshit was like "we need a clear ceiling view" (because THAT'S where you look...right....) and the builder couldn't find a code or be bothered and just made it that way...happens a lot in construction which my dad did for a few decades professionally... nothing as big as stadiums mind you,but still big houses and architects are always involved as are the people building those ideas.
