These are great videos, thank you. Some differences between this engine and the OM642 in my Jeep. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put the oil cooler in the bottom of the V should be put in stocks. I would be interested to know just how many hours this job finally takes. The cost must surely be getting to what an 07 Sprinter is actually worth. Looking forward to part 3.

In some filming uou can say " I must remove this, this & this & cut the camera off untill there removed &!turn camera back on tonshow us there removed if its gonna be noring for us to look at, we dont need to see every little detail of everything your doing ( but if course its up to you) thats why I suggested you watch the other guys to get a better understanding of what im saying, also The car ninja who works on BMW & Mercedes ok keep up the good job , appreciate your videos

Heres an example of what im talking about, why didnt you use the Milwaukee cordless to remove the trans mount bolts, why a ratchet with a long extension? This is what we will be watching 😅 and the answer could be, because the ratchet already had the 13 millimeter socket on it -& was quicker than grabbing the cordless & changing the socket because the cordless was 1)2 inch drive and the 3)8 cordless was sitting on the engine which was up in the air😅😊

Why did you take EGR assembly out? Is it defective?

@abderrahimmark No! the EGR assembly is not defective, but removing it makes Taking the Catalyst so much Easier!

Make sure you use the proper tools for the Job because your Audience is gonna watch everything your doing like a Hawk & if its the wrong tool which you know is ok to use , they won't Care 😅and if the spec says torque it with torque wrench you best use it, or else😅
