With your talking and guiding us on this job, lets assume you are working a little slow, how long is this entire job for a beginner who can handle tools well? Are there any bolts that will need sealed into a hole that has coolant at a bolt hole? AWESOME Series, will watch Part 4 in a couple more weeks in my next Binge watch of your channel, cheers.

Thank you again for this excellent series of videos. How on earth do you manage to remember which bolt goes where when you put it back together? You made a lovely job of cleaning those inlet manifolds. I have deleted the swirl motor on my Jeep OM642.

That EGR crossover pipe has been the bane of my existence. I’ve had to replace that 4 times, all from “reputable” mechanics forgetting those two bracket screws

@majorminor6948 Oh that's unfortunate!

@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair ya … who would think that they make those two brackets for a super specific reason yk??😒if they’re not bolted, that pipe will always snap at the bottom flange by the cooler. Engine moves too much for that thin pipe.

@@majorminor6948 those brackets are important they keep the EGR Tube intact when the engine vibrates under load!
