150~200g pork shoulder
1 leek

1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake)
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Recipe
1. Slice green onion and garlic sprouts diagonally, slice ginger and garlic into bite-size pieces.
Grill the pork until it is cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan once it is done.
Saute garlic and ginger in the remaining oil in the pan over low heat. When fragrant, add chili pepper, soy bean sauce, and soy bean paste.
Add sake, mirin, sugar beet and soy sauce to make sauce.
Add leeks, garlic sprouts, and grilled meat, and stir-fry until the leeks and garlic sprouts are cooked through.
