That's a good point. I usually go to the tanning salon all winter, but haven't been able to this year and I've been constantly fighting depression. Usually I make it to the end of February before it kicks in.

@@koalamama2 Something you could do instead of going tanning is take extra vitamin D and wrapping yourself in a warm blanket or sitting by a fire often. Tanning can cause huge increases in risk of cancer, and it also makes your skin age faster and wrinkle more/quicker. Vitamin D will give you the seratonin from standing in the sun, mixed with wrapping yourself in a cozy heating blanket is extra nice! (: I hope that can help you since you haven't been able to tan.
