So basically they're setting up a new gameplay style for future games. According to this the Animus was never a genetic memory reader, but a decoder of time itself. And the new Animus has the potential to alter the past. The stuff about fixed nodes and variable paths is mostly a layout of how their version of "time travel" will work: some events on future game's plots will be fixed, but the way you complete your missions, and advance through the game will be flexible. Not only this will provide flexibility to the gameplay and story of the next games, but they'll allow them to flirt with the change of certain keypoints in the game's lore, like the death of Desmond (and in the last few years does it not seem like more and more people want him back? I know I do), Lucy and maybe even Subject 16's.

in my opinion assassins creed has one of the best storys so far...i never played a game which is so philosopical and twisted...sure it is just a video game but if you think about it, there is something true in their words...(to be honest i didn't played assassins creed origins but i love the background story)

Interesting, this is not only a philosophical message but a message to man kind to change our destinations of we are all heading. To break free from the limitations and to use our minds to alter time... Human kind are still children even in the modern era and have yet to progress. Once we are able to break free we can evolve past our physical point of reference. Truly interesting.

1)To understand this :firstly what are we ?We are consciousness . (2)Secondly we are bounded by death .Death does not mean the ultimate grave ,but it also means that we are dependent upon the brain for memory .Brain shows us a reflection of past in present ,but we cannot excess our past self ,therefore a portion of us is dead and is continuously dying as time goes by. (3)The isu or the first ones could access their past selves and future selves through what they call the sixth sense . (4)The isu did not live in present ,they simultaneously lived in all their past and future timelines ,not only this they lived in all possible realities and versions of themselves .This is the sixth sense !!! (5)Isu or the first ones it is explained tried to manipulate their sixth sense to make their preferred reality by altering the past over and over again until they got what they want .But eventually they failed Cz the future they tried to make was based on past and the path they took to avoid their destiny was actually the path to their ultimate destiny that is destruction ! (6)Here the humans are told about all this and are advised not to change reality by manipulating the order of events from past ,but by creating reality rather than manipulating it because manipulating it will not change it but will result in failure .

He's saying wake up because humanity has the capability to break the reality they were set to perceive and make a better one. Humanity thinks simply using a machine to look into the past is enough but the Isu are saying you're only seeing time and reality as backwards and forwards what is there and what isn't there. Everything was perceived by humanities limitations on reality set by the Isu. Literally humanity envisioned and generates their reality because it was programmed in them. But some humans are glitched. They are allowed to see more than others some call them insane or have mental or physically disabilities. The Sage going insane in Black Flag. He was never insane he could actually see more than anyone ever could and pretending he doesn't see or hear it was driving him nuts. Eagle vision isn't it it's actually scratching the surface of what it actually is. Eagle vision let you see through walls, predict patrol patterns, and scope out specific individuals. But it was just another form of observing as the Isu say. Some are taunting at us that we'll never comprehend what they see and hear because we're trapped in the simulation of our own shared reality. Others are encouraging us to try to break it regardless but are struggling on how to teach is how because of our limitations and are trying to describe it the best way it can be perceived.

does the rosen bridge mean that the modern day assassins or abstergo will find a way to time travel with the animus, not physically, but through the mind/consciousness and alter history? the abstergo logo doesn't have to necessarily mean it's abstergo, their logo can be a representation of the animus going back in time through the rosen bridge.
