Maybe a TV show of Jurassic park. But like the Sarah Connor chronicles that explains a few things after T-2. The missing can of foam 😉 was explained in Jurassic park the game, but they could do that story again for one episode. I would love to see the park actually being built. The scientists and staff being hired. The first dinosaur being resurrected. How many people must of been killed to making such a park. Maybe a memorial statue would be in place somewhere. The only downside is they would probably have to re-cast the original characters 😞

They should make a spin-off TV Show about certain events that took place between films, offscreen. Like the 1994 Isla Nublar Expedition, the birth of the Spinosaurus and the beginnings of Jurassic World. We should also get spin-off TV shows similar to Battle At Big Rock which take place between Fallen Kingdom and Dominion to see how Malcolm's fears become a reality with more extreme biogenetics companies like BioSyn having the tech to clone their own dinosaurs and other de-extinct prehistoric creatures.

To be honest, most of this sounds like it would have made the film worse. The only thing I like is Iris dying and being the one to reveal Maisie is a clone. That would have given the film and Maisie's character more emotional depth, whereas in the actual movie the revelation of Maisie being a clone comes out of nowhere and is just awkwardly placed in the middle of the action where it doesn't really get a chance to sink in

Honestly, I thought Fallen Kingdom, as it finally was, was a decent movie on average. I say that because I found pretty much the entire section on the island to be very poorly written, whereas once they were back on the mainland, it was excellent. So for me personally, I think it would have been a much better movie if the island portion was smaller and a bit more thoughtfully written, and the focus instead could have been on the events that transpired at Lockwood Manor, including things like a more in-depth portrayal of the Indoraptor (including its back story, abuse, and maybe even sharing DNA with Maisie), Wu's involvement with the work going on there, and Iris' death scene

Yer I agree the Island stuff was at times very ridiculous and seemed to try and gravitate to the modern-day "Marvel Humor" which I can get with but stuff like Owen getting shot with a tranq and still being "badass" is way above even my cheesy love. While I'm not a fan of Maisie's character I can at least get behind her plot much more than a lot of the stuff that happened on the island. TBH though I just found Clare really annoying in this film, like more than Amanda in JP3.

So him using morphine overdose to kill Lockwood, with Iris accidentally witnessing it, he could've told Iris that he was suffering and even lie that Lockwood asked him to do it.

I wish they could’ve make a special edition of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom where it showed the scenes that fully explained the story’s scene, such as the scene where the Indoraptor played with a man’s skull, so that the audiences wouldn’t attack the movie that confused/alienated by each scene they didn’t know. James Cameron made an Avatar special edition to avoid confusion of the general audiences. However, because of the scene where Maisie freed the dinosaurs that triggered a cyber bullying towards a character (or in worse case scenario, towards a young actress) because some people, even in extreme measures, hate dinosaurs due to their actions, the rotten tomatoes score would reached to over 64%, just like how some people hated IT Chapter 2 because of IT’s defeat that was defended by some Stephen King fans.

I like that Maisie being cloned, was the reason why John Hammond & Benjamin fell out. I can't workout what was more immoral. John resurrecting a plague of man eating Dino's or Benjamin resurrecting his dead daughter, that in away, isn't really his daughter anyway, but she ends up releasing the plague of dinosaurs that ironically John Hammond created! I have an idea/theory for Dominion. I think it would be cool to see Dr. Grant, Billy, Dr. Sattler and possibly Tim and Lex visit Jurassic World before the 2015 disaster in a flashback scene, where they finally see the park as it was mean’t to be. I think it would be cool to see them get an invitation to the park, with Dr. Malcom ripping his up and tossing it out, even possibly having a phone call with Grant telling him why hes not going to the park.

Or maybe have the Indoraptor released by Mills for tests and show the Indoraptor kill an eniter group of dangerous gangsters and an entire squad of cops, however the Indoraptor would waste it's time scaring and torturing his victims before killing them. Then there should've been a plot twist that the Indoraptor was actually acted like he could be controlled to fool his captors.

True, Fallen Kingdom did borrow elements from Lost World, it wasn't a full-blown remake. I'm glad we got that alternate opening with the two guys getting the Indominus bone in the Mosasaur enclosure.

I still don't get why they adamantly refuse to have Dilo physically be in more movies. It was in JP and that's it. In TLW:JP and JP3 it's completely absent and forgotten, and in JW it's at least mentioned and it shows up as a hologram, and in FK its call is heard, but it's still absent in person.

Jurassic World was definitely a call back to the original JP but managed to be different and quite good. Fallen Kingdom just isn't a good film in my opinion

Funny thing is a lot of naturalists disapprove of drastic relocation, as it often results in the death of the relocated animal as it struggles to learn from its new environment without prior knowledge and compete with already established rivals that have an advantage. If they relocated Rexy it probably would have ended up with Rexy being killed and eaten by that other family of Rexes. Blue would also likely have been killed, though there is the slim possibility of her joining another pack of her kind.

Call me weird but I suspect the initial plot twist was not supposed to be about Maisie being a clone, but rather the Indoraptor having human DNA in it, because of its massive arms and how his hands move so human-like while Maisie is hiding in her bed, and the extreme intelligence it possesses especially seen when it kills Buffalo Bill. Plus in the previously mentioned trailer containing the deleted scene of the Indoraptor killing the guards, maybe that scene is from the cut of the film where he's a human-dino hybrid, and that scene happens right after the info is revealed, because with that in mind, it really makes the Maisie reveal feel like it was added in reshoots due to how sudden it is.

Dominion will hopefully end like that. After all, cut content from previous eventually made it into the newer ones, for example in The Lost World there would've been a scene with Sarah Harding riding a motorcycle while being chased by Velociraptors. This scene eventually made it into Jurassic World when Owen was riding a motorcycle while Blue and her sisters where searching fot the Indominus Rex

Personally I enjoyed Fallen Kingdom, but I also feel like it fell short on the promise of terror. Honestly, the only reason why being that the previews/trailers for the film gave away all the truly terrifying moments (a big example being the indoraptor sneaking up on the little girl Maisley, I think is her name, in the bedroom.) If it wasn't for the technical spoilers of the truly terrifying moments, I feel it would've been the best one since the first Jurassic Park.

I think they should've removed the whole "Maisie was a clone" plot twist entirely. In my opinion, it is the absolute worst moment in all of the JP films. Yes, even dumber than the infamous "Spino VS T-rex" fight in JP3. Here's why it's so bad- 1. So, no one is going to question how Lockwood now has grandchildren given his daughter and son-in-law are deceased? And, no, saying "He could've told people she was adopted" won't work. That would have to be the biggest coincidence ever for an "adopted" child to have that big of a resemblance to his own daughter. Likewise, given how close Lockwood and his daughter were, it's highly unlikely there would just suddenly be a "secret daughter he never knew of before" suddenly showing up and living in his estate. Even if they don't figure out she's a clone, you can't tell me that not a single person in Lockwood's estate was like "Huh, when did this kid show up?". 2. What happened to the previous clones? Were they terminated? Are they still alive and living elsewhere? You can't tell me that Maisie is somehow the only attempt at cloning Lockwood's daughter and it was a complete success from the start. Maisie likely has dozens if not hundreds of deceased "siblings" preserved in jars somewhere. 3. NOt once, not a single time are the ethical and logical implications of Maisie's existence ever brought up. Think about it. We're talking about a cloned human being. Forget the issue of whether or not dinosaurs should be allowed to live. What about, I dunno, the implications of human trafficking clones? Eugenics? Whether or not clones should even count as human? *None* of this is ever brought up in the film. 4. Maisie takes the whole reveal way too well. Yes, she's upset, but she should be an emotional wreck or in a catatonic state of shock. Imagine finding out that, not only your grandfather had died, and a killer dinosaur is after you, but now you learn that you are actually the clone of your "grandfather's" late daughter. Her entire life, everything she's ever known, has been a complete lie. And, now bear in mind that Maisie is a child when she learns this. And, Maisie will have to live with the psychological trauma of her existence for the rest of her life. Simply hand-waving it with a "She's still a person so it's ok" doesn't work when you consider the implications of such a life. From now on, Maisie will wake up every day with the knowledge that she is a copy, little more than a replacement because her "grandfather" couldn't let go. 5. When you get down to it, Maisie isn't a character. She's a plot device. This whole reveal, this whole huge twist that should have major world-changing implications for not just her but for the rest of the JP universe at large, is instead meant for the relationship between Lockwood and Hammond. Yup, her being a clone is little more than a "This is why these two characters' friendship fell apart" reveal. There is absolutely no point to her being a clone otherwise. You could remove everything about Maisie being a clone from the film and it would change *nothing* about her character. She could still be Lockwood's granddaughter, she could still secretly find out about the indoraptor, and she could still be attacked in her bedroom, and it would be exactly the same.

For the second part, there were probably many failed attempts before the Maisie we see in the film. Hammond might've caught Lockwood creating one of them and THAT'S when they fell apart. For the others, I don't have an anwser.

What's your source for saying London was considered for the site of Lockwood Estate? I only ever read that Spielberg had a hand in figuring out the location issue that would get the boat to arrive at Lockwood Estate in a reasonable amount of time. But England was not mentioned in that interview.

I think FK is an odd movie with a second half that I don't find all that enjoyable. But it at least left the door open for a different and exciting conclusion to the trilogy. I think Kayton hit the nail on the head with this pitch being too similar to where TLW ended things. Plus.. from what I understand, foreign T-Rexes bumping into each other on Sorna would have likely turned into some sort of apex predator brawl if they are anything like their prehistoric brethren.

Fallen Kingdom was a bit of a let down for me. I just felt it took the series in a very strange direction and it's only purpose was to get the dinos running wild in America. Looking forward to seeing that in the next film though, I hope they can get things back on track.

I´m glad with the version we got, it feels more unique like The Lost World was to JP, a change in the formula but still within the ´´laws´´ of the universe and reality within these films, plus it´s the sequel that actually continues the philosofical debates of the first movie in the franchise, expanding the lore and the results of mankind messing with nature. More Ian and Indoraptor would have been amazing though, not gonna lie :P

While there are some things about the final version of Fallen Kingdom that I don't like, I'm still glad we got what we ended up with. It would've been nice, though, if Ian Malcolm was more involved in the action, rather than just appearing in the courtroom scenes.

The only thing in Fallen Kingdom that I wasn't a big fan of was the human cloning plotline, I always found it to be a cheap and easy way to throw a twist in about a character, other than that, I love the movie and can't wait for Dominion, as there's no way its going to be a rehash or something similar to JP3

If blue were moved to site b she’d either be attacked by the other raptors or she’d end up starving since the dinosaurs on site b are more adapted to predators and the Rex would probably have a better shot at living but it still has to deal with the other rexs

Well that depends on which Velociraptor Tribe Blue would come in contact with on Isla Sorna If she comes in contact with the Velociraptor Sornaensis (JP3 Raptors) tribe she would have to fight the Alpha Female to be in the pack. Because we saw in JP3 that the raptors were lead by a female. If she comes across the Velociraptor Nublarensis (JP and TLW raptors) then I don't know. We didn't really learn that much of their social hierarchy. We can't count the Big One because that raptor was psychotic to an extent. Although it would be cool if Blue mated with a TLW styled Tiger Velociraptor

The initial decision to transport the Isla Nublar dinosaurs to a mansion in England before their eventual escape was one that I am glad they altered. Spielberg’s insistence on setting Lockwood Manor in California helped the dinosaur escape more believable since the American continent is a much vaster and comparatively more untamed setting than what Britain could offer.

They might. Remember! Cut content from previous JP films eventually made it into the newer ones. For example, in The Lost World there was a deleted scene which shows Sarah Harding riding a motorcycle while being chased by Velociraptors. This scene eventually made it into Jurassic World when Owen was riding a motorcycle while Blue and her sisters tracked down the Indominus Rex. Or like how the Carnotaurus, Allosaurus and Baryonyx were cut from The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 and made it into Fallen Kingdom. So I really hope the ending with Rexy being returned to Isla Sorna (since all Dinosaurs that were in the original park were born on Sorna) and joining a T-rex Family (it could be the one in the The Lost World) with Blue joining a pack of wild Velociraptors on Isla Sorna is gonna be the ending of Jurassic World: Dominion.

I'm very happy with the version we got as well. This version sounds a bit too similar to The Lost World! While there are still parallels between the final version of Fallen Kingdom and The Lost World, it was never a retread!
