* Bordeaux red for hat: width 148 cm (~58.27 ''), length 1,5 m (~1.64 yd) * Black: width 148 cm (~58.27 ''), length 1 m (~1.1 yd) * White: width 148 cm (~58.27 ''), length 0.7 m (~0.77 yd) * "normal" red for ribbon decor: width 148 cm (~58.27 ''), length maybe 0.5 m or so * Chiffon decor: width 140 cm (~55.12 ''), length 0.3 m (~ yd) , this was the minimum possible order amount, but for the video it only needs a little piece of it * Adhesive interfacing for white part: width 90 cm (~35.43 ''), length 1 m (~1.1 yd) * Medium interfacing for cone : width 45 cm (~17.72 ''), length 0.5 m (~0.55 yd) or so * Hard interfacing for brim skeleton: width 90 cm (~35.43 ''), length 1 m (~1.1 yd) These are the fabric amounts I used give or take. Of course it can vary a little depending on how the individual pattern for each person turns out, but this should be a rough direction. For the newer videos I try to incorporate the fabric amount info in the video and info box.

How much were all the materials and how long did it take?

I can only give estimates of what I bought: total for poly fabrics for the hat ~18€, the hard interfacing alone was ~18€, the other two around ~7€ and the smallest possible amount of chiffon fabric and faux leathers was ~5€ each. It all also depends on what kind of fabric you prefer, the amount etc. but you probably already know that. For the time I really don't know, I think I spend around ~50h? Plus 8h of planning alone. Some amount of time was also spend on trial and error as I have never made a giant hat before. So it could be that others might not take as long as me.
