Klipsch gets way too much hate in the Home Theater community. Klipsch definitely has a signature sound that isn't for everyone but many people love the sound. And most people who hate on Klipsch haven't even ever heard them😅🤣

For home theatre they are great. If I was using them for music listening, you can def do better, but they are "good" For films though they are awesome that's where they really shine.

@@B15SDMDESIGNS check out paradigm. I've always liked their sound signature. They would be great for home theatre/music leaning more towards the music side.

The ports on the back of the floor standing speakers are for biwire connection I believe. I have this on my Kef floor standers.

Awesome video TK. I have been a Klipsch guy for years and love their sub's and speakers. Seeing this gives me the itch to upgrade all my speakers now lol. I can get a whole set of Klipsch speakers from Costco around $600 to $700 bucks and the towers are Atmos. So I am going to be saving up the cash to get some. Max Love

Hey, look s like a nice Setup. Im looking for a 3.0... may be a Woofer comes later. Your are right. 3 Speaker give a good Feeling. My TV Speaker playing 50 Prozent Volume Level vom the Hifi Level. So i have great Sound and a little bit Fake Atmos from the TV. Greetings from Germany
@AllAboutTKK
@AllAboutTKK 2 ай бұрын
3 speakers would be phenomenal and with the right towers should you do towers, might not feel the pressing need of a woofer but as far as keeping things clean, the woofer can be placed on the same wall if there was a concern of speaker wire concealment. Greetings to you, Germany. Max Luv

Looking at your set up I recommend subs stay in front on left and right for even distribution. I don’t think you have to toe them in. The towers should be toe in in my opinion. The difference between reference and reference premiere speakers different material in RP line. It’s more stronger and durable. I have Atmos speakers hanging from the wall and it helps with Atmos. I would avoid placing them on tower speakers if you ever get Atmos speakers in future. Bouncing sound from ceiling is trash. Congratulations on your purchase

Thank you for the assist. Man they sound so much got damn better than the Sony core without even tweaking anything.
@paulcox2447
@paulcox2447 Жыл бұрын
Agreed on the Atmos. If you aren't going to put them on the ceiling, don't bother. The idea that your going to upfire from the tower and still hear that reflection like it's above you is dubious at best.

The double binding posts just means they are biwire or biamp capable. So you can feed the two woofers on the bottom its own channel of power, then feed the top tweeter its own channel of power, like a tube amp, if you wish. Still stays 5.1 though.

They do. As mentioned I’ve owned them 8/9 years ago. At the end of the day, external audio is better than tv speakers. I know some guys look at certain speakers from a perspective of get the best or noting at all, these speakers are anything but bad… trust me the circle I’m around plays it big in a lot of different things, among them I’m the tv guy, if that adds any perspective some of them don’t care to keep up with panels like I do and it’s kind of Vice versa with home audio them to me. I appreciate you bro.

@@AllAboutTKK The GREAT thing about audio/speaker setup. A GREAT pair of speakers will last you a lifetime. Speakers barely changed in 50 yrs or more. Sure receivers and what not have changed but the speakers themselves last so long maintain their quality you'd be passing them down to your kids...They are the best department store speaker for sure. I'd rather see you get one real quality sub than two ok ones. What I mean by that is 400-500 rms with peak 1200-1500 watt power. Nothing makes an impact more in a setup than BIG screen and a real sub. Can't wait for more of your content on this setup. Oh and go atmos come on now games are in Atmos let alone what you'd gain from movies and tv shows.

@@hdtv00 he's better off with multiple subwoofers than one giant one. In a car its the other way around. It has to do with room size. Once the subwoofer interacts with the room you always get dead spots in your room. The size of the room determines how much and where, but all rooms do it in the bass region. In a car, it happens in the midbass actually, smaller space. No matter how powerful a sub is, a single one can't fix the issue it's own reflections are causing the issue) Multiple subs spread out don't localize. The bass will come from "everywhere" much easier and way more convincingly. Each sub excited slightly different areas of the room and fill in the areas another sub wont. So now everyone gets even bass no matter where they are and it's super immersive in general. Plus the less you run each subwoofer the lower distortion it is. I'm up to 5 subwoofers and each one has been an improvement, even turning them down as I add them to keep the same volume level. Now all that said what is really nice is getting one big ass subwoofer to do most of the work and then getting some smaller subs to fill in the room evenly. I'll add "that" subwoofer some day.

Two subs in one system may be a bit overkill in one room. Low end may cancel each other out and you not get full low end.
