I have a certain take on the line "Free us from the chance to mourn." This battle happens right after Joka kills Klonoa's grandpa, Klonoa runs to see him but Joka summons Baladium before he can get there. So if Baladium kills Klonoa here, he won't get a chance to mourn his grandfather's death.

Could be argued that Baladium was equally horrified by what Joka had done, so therefore didn't put up much of a fight so that Klonoa could go to him as quickly as possible.

I... wow. This is strangely emotional for me. These lyrics make me think that this boss, whoever they are, values passion, drive, a reason to be, finding that which makes you happy and clinging onto it with all your might, and I am all here for it. It's like a motivational speech in the middle of a boss fight. Great stuff, absolutely fantastic, and I'm really interested in getting this game.

The game is good but as for the boss it's basically Spoilers: one joka tosses out to stall for time to run away after killing klonoa's grandpa. Luckily joka is the next boss so you can take your anger out on him After minding the new eclipse mechanic,that is

It was harder to beat in the PS1 version: the attacks were the same but the weak spots were more tricky to hit - hitting two at two at the same time required good timing.

Yes but please, play the original for Ps1, the remake for Wii is a INSULT, it's more easy (you have more hp and enemies/bosses are slow) and graphic and animations trash, too plastic and colors no bright, and Klonoa redesign make him more a teen than a kid (don't fit with his personality) Trust in me judge

Want to laugh? Here in italy the game came out as for everyone, the fun fact? In our Gamestop there was only a single copy, the marketing for Klonoa always struggled and i don't really know why....this game was and always will be one of the most emotional deep games of all times. Riding through happyness then facing the sadness only to rise into acceptation and hope. Truly a masterpiece.
