Well, whaddy'a know, someone's raisin a bran new Dad joke. If I told something like that to my Mrs. -- or her mom, the Golden Gram (she dyes it blonde but we all know it's Chex'd with gray) -- I'd get honey smacks for sure, and I don't mean kisses. In fact, I'm pretty sure she'd slap me, then the following conversation would ensue: The Mrs.: "Get out of the house right now before I Frankenberry you." Me: "Can I at least pack? What can I take with me?" The Mrs.: "Nut 'n Honey. Now git, before I give you some Kix in your Fruity Pebbles, although they're more like Rice Krispies if you ask me." Lemme tell you, leaving home for good, without hope of a "Honeycomb home" message from the Mrs. at a later date, it's just not worth it. The only way home is to buy her some expensive jewelry at Special Kay. Of course, if the Heyou was a really good punster, wheaties should have done was made a long-form joke utilizing multiple cereal names & brands, instead of just one Muesli brand name. Then we'd all know what a cool Trixter he really was.

Great result Peter, loved it. It may have been possible to put the cereal/resin mixture in the vacuum chamber for a few minutes ( weigh down the cereal so it is submerged) before pouring into the bowl mould and putting in the pressure pot. This would fill some of the voids in the cereal with resin. The only problem may be if the air expanding in the cereal may cause them to burst, but could be worth a try. Cheers Jim

Jerry Larson cooked or uncooked?
@jerrylarson35216 жыл бұрын
@@Little_Bird_Chihuahuas either one I'm going to bet uncooked is a bit more realistic
@maysar41596 жыл бұрын
I think cooked would make a more interesting design, with the noodles abstractly crossing over one and another and being really flowy

My son eats ramen all the time. That would make a great birthday or Christmas present for him. Great idea.
@jerrylarson35216 жыл бұрын
@@maysar4159 the problem with cooked is the extra water that would be in the noodles. I think raw but broken up would give a similar effect

Man, that is BRILLIANT! I'm glad you answered my question of if it was food safe or not, but the answer broke my heart. I know so many people that would DIE OF HAPPINESS if I were to buy them cereal bowls like that! But they'd want to eat out of them regularly and with abandon. Excellent video, though! I loved it!!
