Which method you gonna use? If you use mig, use it with gas don’t do like everyone else , they use the flux core wire with no gas that’s type of welding sucks.. hope everything works out for you

@@bryansteedly467 it works really good I’m not going to lie the thickest I welded is about 5/8 3/4 but preheating I have a video of this machine with the spool gun check it out whenever you can , don’t remember if it’s Spanish but if it is at least so you can see how it welds

I know this is an old review, but I feel you, most reviews suck, and are by people that don't know how to weld. I'm looking to pick up a welder myself for some at home autobody work. I've watched tons of garbage reviews. Your welds are nice. I'll probably be picking one of these up. The price is a little higher now, $449, but it comes with a free $99 Klutch mask right now.

It is an old review. But this machine broke on me 1 year later. I now have a yes welder 250 the black one and I been having it for 3 years. It does Tig , stick and Mig and burns up to 250 amps. You should look into that one. This yellow machine was good but it didn’t last long only 1 year , i did got my money back on side jobs. The yes welder I’m telling you weld aluminum too.

Exactly its not the machine its the guys thats operating it.. I can't decide if a Lincoln or a clutch.. And by the way nice welds bro.. And I work for a fence company in San Antonio tx

Lincoln is really good , if you decide to go to Lincoln get LE31MP i really wanted to get that one but it was out of my budget and it does the same as this klutch welder.. thanks for the comments and the support

My friend has this welder and if I need to weld something there I bring my Lincoln. The delay in the wire and it burns through sheet metal instantly.

@@timessiah94 I've been using since this post and I've been able to adjust the settings to weld 18 gauge very well. It's sheet metal welding so there are certain techniques you must use regardless of the welder

@@guymanicone7921 I have been building hot rods for over ten years and this is the worst welder I have ever come across, it is not worth my time to have to keep making adjustments to try to get a proper weld. Once you get a real welder you will see. I do not even consider this guy a welder. You get what you pay for.

I’m glad you like the video Mike thanks for the comment! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 and to be honest the machine is been really good I’m not gonna lie I already made like 10k on side jobs.. specially with the aluminum spool gun, there’s not a lot of aluminum Mobil welders and if you find one , they pretty expensive by the hour.. but with this machine all you need is a generator and you good to go... it was a really good investment to be honest and the machine still works really good just like when I got it! .. put it on stick mode.. your ground you gonna hook it up to your Tig torch and your stinger (+) use it as ground.
