OK - as promised (albeit a little late!) I've just donated £100 to Greenpeace - this is £10 per Queequeg pedals sold since the video went live (actually we sold 9, but I've rounded it to £100).

"Strokkur" is a name of an icelandic geyser, in, well, Iceland! :D (Just beside a geyser named "Geysir" where the name of geysers come from!) And you can see from the artwork on the pedal it does resemble that :)

For a bass player the KMA Tyler - The Freq Splitter is a godsend. It has a high pass filter with a loop, a low pass filter with a loop. You can change the phase and have levels for both loops, a mix and an output level. You want a tube screamer for your bass, without loosing the end? No problem with that thing! kma-machines.com/m_tyler.html

Have the astrospurt, really lush Ernie Isley type of phaser. And the Emph really gives some nice tones when going a bit crazy, with some overdrive or fuzz. There is an internal pot to change the effect of the Emph knob. Different harmonics and feedback loops basically.

Though I would be very pleased if you fine folk would do a follow up video of all your pedal reviews after you’ve properly used, abused and evaluated them, so you can inform us poor plebs a bit more about the best of the pedals and how to coax the most agreeable sounds from them - with further demonstration - before we let loose the moths from our wallets and purchase some of these fine wares.
