My god thanks man... ive spent time with a lot of my coaches rotating my hip. roundhouse seems so simple... yet its quite a move to really master. This video and watching it over and over again has helped me visually engrave a picture for roundhouse.

Great question, it could possibly be the pad holders are not holding correctly but if they are just continue to practice visualizing while you’re doing pads, kick through the pads.
