Knee Block Holds - Leg Exercise
1. Stand in a fighting stance.
2. Perform a slow motion lead leg and then rear leg absorbing knee block, holding the top position for a 1-3 count.
3. Perform a slow motion lead leg and then rear leg front knee block, holding the top position for a 1-3 count.
4. Perform a slow motion lead leg and then rear leg side knee block, holding the top position for a 1-3 count.
5. Perform a slow motion lead leg and then rear leg crossing knee block, holding the top position for a 1-3 count.
6. Perform a slow motion lead leg and then rear leg inside to outside knee block, holding the top position for a 1-3 count.
7. Now switch stances and perform the same series of movements on the other side.
