That’s a pretty complete knee examination but there is a mistake: in the McMurray’s test, the medial rotation of the tibia and foot actually evaluates the lateral meniscus, while the external rotation evaluates the medial meniscus. Just wanted to clarify that in order to make people understand. Btw, thank you and great video - by a colleague.

straight leg raise test does not rule out patellar fracture. If the patellar fracture is vertical & the retinaculum is intact , the patient can do straight leg raise

I just want to get your take on this but I've recently seen that ITB pain is less likely to be rubbing of the tendon on the epicondyle as it's fixed into place but compression of innervated fat? whats your take on this or anyone?
