Hi Khalid 👋 this series with Dr Trikha is fantastic, thank you 🙏 I just had a quick question: what is physically going on within the knee joint to cause a fixed flexion deformity in someone with knee OA?

Hi Nic! Thank you so much for your kind words! Often it’s due to osteophytes , and the secondary effect of this is that the capsule becomes tighter/contracted to restrict movement

At last! A truthful Doc. Even a child cd understand. Holistic approach No fluff. Diet & exercise ... one or the other or both so often ignored by the many orthopaedic gurus out there. ... perhaps intentionally? Great Doctor. Best interiew & info I have heard so far.
