When I bend or move my knees, it hurts like hell. Please help me out.

Have you found relief yet? Behind my right knee is just killing me. Just got over Covid, I’ve been in bed for two weeks and I can’t understand why my knee hurts until I find out it could be Covid related. Anyway, if you’ve found anything that helps please let me know

@@ben-si3dk yes I'm fine now. I consulted with a neurologist and he prescribed me some medicines and told me to take rest and not to bend my knee for 2 weeks.
