I cannot believe how helpful these simple exercises have been for me. The knee pain started to lesson by the third day, and even the hips feel better. Jessica has helped me with back pain (gone) and with her general Pilates videos. She is a treasure.

I'm confused by all the downvotes. This is a lady who is trying to help and is providing top notch advice and demonstration for free and clearly knows her stuff that and she's very easy on the eyes and well spoken. Downvotes are ridiculous on here!!! Thank you so much for the exercises! I've had this issue for at least a month now and didn't know what to do

Hi Jessica! I just started my weight loss journey and managed to injure my knee in the first week (big whoops) I felt so discouraged that my routine was now disrupted, but the exercises u provided in this video helped me get my knees back to 100% just after 3 days 💛 thankyou for the work that you do, God bless 💛💛

I over extended my leg doing cardio kickboxing 6 days ago. The pain was in the back of my leg behind my knee and wasn't getting better. I did these exercises last night and this morning and my leg feels so much better already.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed for my quads! I need to strengthen them because of my patellar tracking issues! It has made things so much easier when I do circuit and yoga!

I was having a difficult time walking due to my knee pain after a run last week. Then I returned to work as a CNA the next day for the first time in three months from family medical leave. That was rough. I did these yesterday and my knee pain improved significantly. Thank you so much.

Truly amazing thank you so much. I started working out heavily past couple of weeks and my knees completely stiffened and pained. Was worried I would have stop but honestly these exercises made me feel better straight away. Will try these daily

I was going to leave a silly comment saying "just thinking about these exercises made my knee pain better", but i've been doing them every evening for a week now and my knees are about 95% better, so i guess what I'm going to say is thank you Jessica for helping me with my achy knees!

This is perfect! I've been having some pretty gnarly knee pain recently that im about 95% sure has more to do with having been more sedentary for a couple months than anything else. FIgured I oughta try some knee-specific exercises before paying to go to the doctor without insurance!

I am 48 year old big girl & proud parent as well as a caregiver. When I was younger I was super active in sports. Mentally, I still think can get my athletic swagger back. Realistically, I've been walking for the past 9 weeks after a recent medical scare. As I got stronger, I built up confidence to start on the first 2 obstacles of a nice obstacle course at the park. This Sat. I felt my knee twist wrong when climbing the net. The pain was awful, the next morning I could not move . Thank you for posting this video, I was helpless without it!

Gonna do this everyday!! Even if just a little bit.. been 2-4 years with knee pain.. gotten a lot better but still there and now getting focused again on what truly matters!!
