Since discovering this channel @ 2 months ago, I’ve been doing my best to copy the movements for 20 minutes a day. Definitely a noticeable improvement. At 75, I don’t feel a day over 69.😊

The exercises are wonderful, but there is too much information one after another, please slow down and share 3 to 4 exercises with repetition so we can follow better. Thank you
