Mixed Micros - Lanier - iRacing Dirt

You got to let up and pedal it through the slick on a slide job. You only dropped to about 75% throttle. Which is what caused you to spin. (This isn't a comment to bash you or anything just some tips for later.) On your comment that it doesn't do slide jobs like a normal sprint car on iRacing, you'd be correct. That's due to how broken iRacing has the sprint car. In real life whether it was a mini sprint or sprint car. The only time I was ever throwing a slider at more than 50-65% throttle is if it was pretty tacky. Going in your usually on a lot of throttle, but through the slide job you're pedaling it. It's actually nice that you have to pedal this car. You should have to pedal the sprint car way more than this, but I don't see that coming back.

Looks like fun. I'm going to enjoy these videos. Hopefully people will learn how to drive these and there will be less mistakes.

My race in these yesterday was a blast for the most part. Went from 23rd to 8th by keeping it clean. Last lap 9th caught me and just drove through me without a care in the world. Still finished 12th. Not great at dirt at all but these seem pretty fun. Will have to do some races in them next season

They run formula 500s here which I think are the same thing. Could be fun racing with a field not constantly wrecking. Haven't had a chance to try them myself yet, after watching this I might wait until the season starts...

These cars would really benefit from the tracks having some character. Give the track some slight bumps and ruts and these things would be fun as hell. On a constantly perfect track I don't think we'll see good racing.

the short tracks ive been having a blast (kern and millbridge) with these, even if they have been wreckfests right now! 🤣but yeah im not interested in running them on anything larger than a 1/4 mile
