@@elmored627 I basically just don't read comment sections sometimes. I don't follow certain accounts. I watch chill ppl so the jokes are usually nice and not toxic. And mental fortitude. Because there will always be ppl to spoil the fun, but if you are able to keep yourself contained and enjoy the fandom jokes without diving too deep, you come out happier. That's what I do with Kpop. I hate the fandom and they are cringe to me or are numbers obsessed. I just occasionally check up on new music, and sometimes read comments. Like the funny ones if there are any. Sometimes check out the funny videos or memes. if the comments section look cool, cool. after a while you know the red flags. when you see it, close the comment section, and continue to watch other funny videos. overall, you leave happy, caught up, and in touch with fandom jokes without getting deep with teh crazies or obsessed. It also helps when you have an IRL friend who is more chill and not obsessed but those are hard to find.
