Great video! I prefer the electric filet knives, we catch and clean far too many panfish. Tthe electric knife breaks down the fish quickly then the using the same Rapala knife as you I remove ribs. I prefer to scale quickly with a Bico push scaler. 25 fish in 25 minutes is average speed.

Ronnie had an ex-girlfriend come in the bait shop one time and try and stab him. It was some argument over which is better Camaros or Mustangs. So Ronnie doesn't sell knifes in the store anymore. Thanks for the support!
