Check out this conversion for the Spyderco Shaman! Aramis Akhmedov scales have been seen on my channel before, but these are the new Shaman scales, made from gorgeous carbonplate CF. The newest item is the anodized titanium hardware from Adrian "Adrenalin" from NZ. His hardware improves the action on the scales, and can be had with the longer clip screws for custom clips.

Been using Adrian for a while. Great source, great guy! Isn't he from Australia? A bit slow during covid-19. He told me, he's swamped with orders...everyone's staying home modding. :) Also, what's great about Adrian is...if you don't see the color you want in his ebay store, you can contact him and he can custom anodize whatever you want. The first time I ordered from him, I wanted all brass hardware for my ZT, but only saw brass for the stand-offs, so I settled for bronze screws (or it might have been the other way 'round). Anyway, Adrian noticed that and the next morning, I had a message from him asking me if I would prefer ALL brass, saying that he could ano new screws for me. He had it done and in my order that day. The only thing: if you're an instant gratification freak and can't wait for a good thing...well, he is down under from most of us and it takes time. So, I'm planning on ordering a bunch of stuff to have a decent stock on hand. I've been modding like crazy. Don't know much about Aramis Akhmedov, his scales look great, and I love the way he contours them.

Just got a set of carbon fiber scales and red backspacer for my dlc shaman. It is AMAZING love the feel of the knife now it feels brand new! Only thing is I think I reassembled it just a lil bit off.. I had the action perfect prior to install, and now I gotta fix it again. 🤦‍♂️ FIXED** Amazing what blue loctite and micro adjustments can do! Now she is absolutely flawless, and I am extremely happy. These scales are one hundred percent quality, beautiful and functional. Love that they made my shaman lighter, ans grippier.

Nice scales and hardware! I recently purchased the hardware from the same guy and the grand line cf scales for a para 3 from aramis but still waiting for the scales to show up over a month now. Could you please make a video of how you center the blade when you reassemble the knife? Thanks

I thought those were unidirectional carbon fiber put down in layers with epoxy and then heat treated. Maybe I got a different kind.

I ordered a set of these from the man in Russia it's been over for months and I have not received them yet ask for a refund he said go through eBay they are not much help never order something from someone in another country just a tip for all your viewer

I may be the minority but I find most of these colored pattern scales really cheesy looking. Makes it look like you’d have the knife in one hand and a vape in the other lol
