Simply amazing. I grew up on that show and always fantasized about having an 82 Trans Am. When I was 16 I found the closest thing I could find, which was an 83 Trans Am which was more similar to your wife’s car but it was close enough for me. Black and Tan, t-tops, v-8, and in great condition. I’m 40 now and think about that car nearly every day. Thank you for the video.

Without a doubt I can say that this replica absolutely deserves an applause. I actually got nowhere near this level of detail the first time I made a replica as an over enthusiastic college student. When I sold it I absolutely told myself the next car I got I would get and keep. Recently, I found a 1982 Trans AM just sitting on the side of the road for sale and bought it! With 89k miles no less. I’d love your notes, design ideas or just anything you find helpful to someone who wants to be just as passionate about the build as you. I’d love to get in touch.

If only I had the money to afford this. I'm born in 1997 so it's safe to say that KITT was not part of my life when it originally appeared for the first time. But it's the most beatiful car ever created. Also the show is one of the absolute best shows ever! Excellent job, sir. Simply amazing. The closest I got to KITT was at a local car show (in my country - Bulgaria) back in 2015 or so. But that KITT was done only on the exterior part and it had dents and so on on the hood. Still that's my favourite car show and picture that I've ever taken. If I win the lottery (I first have to start buying tickets haha) I'd so get myself a KITT for 50k$. :)

Finally!!! I've seen quite a lot of rebuilts, unfortunately most of them just here on youtube and not live, but most of them can be identified as a replica from far away. Yours stands out and only betrays itself by one thing - it is too perfect (and i love that). None of the "real Kitts" looked that flawless. I hope all the money and energy that went into this project pay off (i don't mean that in a financial way) and that this car will always be a faithful companion to you.

Man such a real Beauty and to have an ever so slightly perfectionist owner "no offence intended" means this car is one of two in the world that really does give KITT the justice he needs, to be signed with compliments by the designer is a huge testament to a man on a mission to do the car the utmost, its a 40 yr old car nearly. have you ever seen a KITT replica as good as this, the answer being no, with one exception i thing, and that exception being also a partnership to a degree especially where the nose is concerned, kittstillrocks make a beautiful dash again with a perfectionist approach, having watched this over and over and seeing the effort gone - it for me must go to someone who really will take care off it and give new kids the chance to love it, my daughter is 6 and she thinks he is really cool. and that is a car and a character that stands the test of time. KITT in this homage remains as cool if not more than he as ever been, and Chris Blasius should get the respect he deserves, an all round solid commitment. I cant decide on KITT Blasius or Marc Brown KITT on the best looking in the world. but I know we are in an age where KITT at a show will be driving himself sooner or later thanks BJORN HARMS keeping this even cooler for the next generation.
