I think people should be careful with them in training. But if the rules allow, then I say go for it. I personally don't do them or like them, though.

So I did a little practicing one time and my opponent Was doing that, but I was like facedown so when he picked up my head, he was just bending my back

Stole your technique (gave you credit) some of my guys are having trouble with the actual roll over the butt most of them are using the head to much to pull them over any advice ? Thanks for the technique

I appreciate the mention, but I don’t like to take credit for it. I put a couple of details of my own on it, but I learned more of this than I made up. As for the roll over, I think it has to do with tucking the leg, but I’m not exactly sure without seeing the exact issue honestly.

This is one of the submissions that made me realize a certain dude in my gym is an asshole. Over the course of 3 hours, he cranked the fuck out of an Americana and almost broke my arm, heel hooked me full force to the point i literally had to kick him for him to let go, and then he hit one of these on me and kept squeezing even after i had tapped and then my neck popped. He's kind of a dickhead.

Yes, and it’s brutal. Super dangerous too. It’s illegal in a lot of tournament formats, but it’s legal in some.
