Yes, since we know God is a god of order & balance I try so hard to emulate those characteristics of His. I fail daily in a thousand little ways, but I celebrate each victory instead of focusing on the negatives. And yes, listen to your body. Pacing myself is such a difficult process.... 🙃 I am praying for “all the things” for you, Mary! 💕

I've been diagnosed with yet another chronic illness and it is really hard from me to come to terms with accepting this is my life. I feel like such a failure and not good enough. I try to stay strong, but it's hard. I really look up to you for your strength to keep fighting and not giving up. I say alot to myself if Mary can do it I can too! It’s such a fine line-that “sweet spot” is so hard to gauge-(something I’m still not brilliant at). I have to remind myself a bit/something everyday is better than a lot whenever I can (as doing “lots” usually results in me not being able to do much for a day or so)-slow steady wins!!!

so if I order something, do you promise NOT to push to get it mailed? Or should I wait until you are back from the hospital? I want the new hat, but I also don't want you both to have to worry about getting anything out. Did I mention I ADORE my Frey Life sweatshirt with Ollie on the front? It's my happy shirt. It's hot out, but when you go INSIDE it's often TOO COLD. But, I smile when I wear that shirt and also, people either go "Oh I love the Frey Life!" or often ask about the shirt. "Who is Ollie?" and I get to take what you have taught me and pass it on!

You're doing a great job Mary! You did so much in one day! You have good reason to be proud of yourself!! I was at the gym Friday, and a few of us have the same diagnosis, and we ALL have really been struggling lately. I think it is our hot/humid weather right now, that is making things worse. This is when people really see, how difficult that 'balance' is. The slightest bit too much, can make you have a flare up lasting several days. I'm hoping tomorrow is a better day, because I am to be going to a Service Dog Organization Open House/Graduation! I REALLY want to go, because I have some questions for them regarding their 'owner training' program. Fingers crossed, and saying some prayers!! :)
