From the listed price, not sure how to estimate the budget needed (as no idea whether bid price needs to be lower or higher). In HK, seller always give a higher price and buyer always negotiate a lower price.

perhaps Canadian government has no money, and they waste too much money, the way that the government makes money is to focus on home owners. In Canada, taxes covers almost everything, even your daily necessities. Therefore, is it wise to move to there, or people just proud of themselves possess an Canadian green card or passport. I had a trip to Vancouver this April, but end up fled in just two days and never put my feet there again. Think twice people before you make your emigrate decision
