Man if you watched this game and think the lakers *should’ve* won idk what to tell you. Nuggets never trailed despite a 22-7 free throw disparity (even though Jokic was getting fouled almost every trip down the floor) and looked inevitable in the clutch. Lakers could’ve won but the nuggets were just better

My Nuggets also missed KCP who is our best defender, still there is difference between our teams, we can switch it up in a minute that's championship experience right there, also Lakers defense is lacking they don't defend open 3's MPJ cooked this game, still we honored Kobe in our own way by Jokic dropping 24 and we winning by 8, some interesting info for you Kobe in 2019 challenged Jokic to become MVP one day, which Jokic did twice might win his 3rd this year. As a Nuggets fan we waited for this golden era for a long time, we will enjoy it to the fullest while it last. As for Murray he comes up for big games, you can't say he doesn't do that against other teams when he had a monster game against Boston 3 weeks ago when he scored 35 ps: you can't really complain about fouls when refs helped lakers a bit, just look at free throws 22 for lakers and only 7 for the nuggets.

As a Nuggets fan, Ill be honest here. Murray loves to show up vs big teams. Most other teams he just coasts, but if you watch him play Lakers, Celtics, Bucks etc he loves to show up. Thats why hes such a beast in the playoffs bcuz every team is a big name team at that point.

Jamal does this an about once out of every 5-6 games, usually in high stakes games. Milwaukee, Boston, golden state, Lakers. He’s also done it vs Indy, brk, and Detroit, so not always high stakes. He is averaging 7 assists and has had 10+ assists the last 3 games. He’s not always at this level, but it’s not just the lakers.

Murray plays his best against the best teams. He cooked the Celtics and Bucks this season. In the playoffs he has 4 fourth quarter with 20 or more points. MJ and AI each only have 2. Murray has multiple 50 points playoff games and multiple 40 point playoff games. In 2023 playoffs Murray averaged 26,7,6. He was hurt in 2022 & 2021. In the 2020 playoffs he averaged 26,6,5. Murray is that dude.

It's not. From other angle you can see that Jokic's arm was squeezed under ADs left arm and ADs body, and since there was no foul on Jok, he pulls his hand up to release it. From angle in this video it may be foul, but camera on behind shows it wasn't.
