Delicious and healthy WITHOUT flour, WITHOUT sugar, WITHOUT oil! NO harm to your small waist!
Today I made an oatmeal chocolate cake with cherries. And either I missed chocolate, or I cooked in a special mood, but it turned out so delicious that I definitely recommend it to you, dear friends!!!
As always, the recipe is very simple and low in calories.
INGREDIENTS:
✅ Yoghurt or kefir 200 ml.
✅ Cherry 200 g (I thawed cherries).
✅ Oatmeal 150 g.
✅ Stevia to taste (2 teaspoons for my taste).
✅ Baking powder 1 teaspoon without foil.
✅ 2 eggs (switch to 100g banana if necessary).
✅ Cocoa 20g.
Decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkle the finished cake with cocoa.
Bake at 180*C for 35 minutes.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 142.26 kcal.
Protein - 6.58g.
Fat - 4.39 g.
carbohydrate - 20.62 g.
