Škoda Enyaq 3.7 software update. Is your car ready but you've just not noticed it?

That is very useful. I have also been awaiting this update. I checked using this video as a guide but still not offering an update and so still on 3.2. This give me somewhere else to keep an eye out on.

We had a problem last week with the Skoda server being down, The Skoda dealer was telling me I HAD to have Octopus app, I HAD to have hotspot enabled, I HAD to update my phone, I HAD to update the charger, and there was an update showing on their computer. Nothing on mine! but after my trip to Yorkshire the server came back on and it told me there was an update, its as you switch off. I better check to see if its downloaded OK, I said OK 6 hours ago and forgot.

You can also check in the app what software version you're on. It's in Car Details.

If anyone is reading this, don't forget to check your off-car (charger or intelligent octopus) based charge scheduling after the update. The ME3.7 update can break it and if you dont test it, you'll have a nasty surprise when you try to schedule a charge.

@ I wasn’t in my enyaq. I had made a delivery up at the Valeneva factory by Oakbank. My car is sadly still in the body shop. They have given me a Vw multi van in the short term. Thanks for the link.

Nothing on my 3.2 yet. I live in a poor signal area so worried about bricking the car anyway if download is interrupted.

This is probably the most annoying thing about “legacy” EVs they were not designed with OTA updates fully in mind. I will have to take a look at mine and see whether they have sent me the update!

It may or may not be there yet, they're doing the cars in waves. My tesla used to do updates every coupe of weeks but they were always fixes and they frequently broke things on the car.

Unfortunately, that did not work for me, top of the list - Charge Immediately to 80% I have to confess, waiting for this 3.7 upgrade has been a depressing experience. I am fed up of 40 minute charges when plugged in to a charger capable of 350KW and I am charging at 30KWH, that's if I am lucky

That sounds more like a cold battery that's too full rather than old software. I was able to get 100 kW when in software 2.4 and then 3.0

@@enyaq_gorm Unfortunately, not a cold battery, that has been my experience since I have had the car, 22 months :( I did once, with a Grid Serve charger see 27KW. It is due it's first service/inspection next month so I am going to ask why the 3.7 upgrade has not been an option for this car. I was really looking forward to getting the Enyaq, but with such low charging values, and an average 50 minute charge (20% to 80%-90%, I doubt I will get another :(
