The fans are fans. However, there ARE rules of conduct for Realtors. The realtors are responsible. This behaviour constitutes disciplinary action ie fines for the agents and /or brokerage. I used to work for a regulatory authority and this behaviour is unacceptable.

This part. I feel like they can absolutely potentially lose their license(s) and or the brokerage/agency can be fined. It's too bad because so many agents work hard to ensure this doesn't happen. Especially with an opportunity/showing (sale) like this one! Plus the potentially serious buyer will not be getting this sale now- I imagine! This woman cost a lot of people, HOWEVER, the agent allowed it. 😅😅 Tricky because it's super unhinged behaviour but it almost should have been expected with a home this high profile.

If I were Mykelti, I would be very angry at Kody and Robin, because they embezzled the family money for their house and interior decoration and other luxury things. While other wives struggled to get trough with little money. If I were Christine, Janelle and Mary I would sue Kody and Robin. They would have to pay e fair part of the money trough 4 people. Robin never worked. So Kody would have to share his part with her.

Usually when people list their house, and allow people to view it, its common sense to put all valuables in a safe and put things in storage. Why would you want your belongings to possibly be touched, even stolen by strangers. Plus now that all their valuables are put out there, they are more at risk of being a victim of a crime

When I was selling my house back in 1992 we had an open house. I was told by my agent to leave the house between 10am and 4 pm which I did. When I returned my agent told me that two nosey neighbor women came to look at my home. He caught them going through my closet looking at my clothes and commenting on the price tags still on some of them. He removed them from the house immediately and then told me the story. I of corse paid these two nosey women a visit and told them how disgusting they were as neighbors.

I asked myself, would I be angry about this if I was Robyn or Kody? And honestly, I would not. Because I would have anticipated something like this happening. And judging by the state of the house Kody and Robyn definitely did anticipate this. They know full well what we think of the McMansion. They know the fans have accused Robyn of being a hoarder who lives in filth so they organized and cleaned everything meticulously. Yes, of course they cleaned up for legitimate buyers but they would be stupid if they did not think someone would either post photos on Reddit or at least give a detailed account if not a full on video. So they left things in the house they knew the general public will probably see one way or another. But of course I'm not Kody or Robyn so they might actually be pissed, who knows?

But it’s not illegal unless there is a document restricting it. They were aware they were celebrities and they should have known this was a potentiality. They should have cleared the home of ALL personal items. And if they really want to sell this house they need to pretend it’s not theirs and be open to any eyes on it. More eyes are on it now - it could help to sell it. It’s important that folks realize when a house goes on the market it’s assumed the owner is ready to hand it over - cut the chords.

Agreed. I just sold my home, looked at around d a dozen, but we hid, removed all valuables and intimates, and just lft it looking like a beautiful home to buy. Standard practice , im no celebrity and even a realtor said to take or Remove valuables and don't leave anything you wouldn't be ok to lose. Thankfully we had zero problems, but with them, They should have never left their valuables period

For me it’s not even the showing of the clothes……it’s the touching the clothes, it’s the going through drawers, etc. And if it was just K & R there, I’d be less bothered, but minor kids live there, and showing and discussing how valuable every thing is, and showing locations of safes and such does put the family at higher risk from bad actors who may break in. And sadly the best way to get into a giant safe during a break in is to have the person with the combination at home. It’s just not okay what the TTers did on multiple levels

As an x-realtor, I can attest that people routinely view on market houses for reasons other than a direct intent to purchase. Most commonly it is to either get finish ideas or to evaluate the current market/pricing. That said, those tire-kickers are typically restricted to open houses, but once a buyer is qualified, it is a realtors obligation to show an on-market home. Where this tik toker gets overboard is to stalk the closets and comment on kitchen items such as vitamins. I can not see any direct violation, but this is a warning to a buyers realtor to keep a closer eye on clients.

I saw the video and to be honest nothing was revealed that is in any way super interesting. It looked very much like Kody and Robyn have cleaned up the house for a showing. Everything was super clean and organized and I very much DOUBT that is how they actually live. Yes, the lady went into the closet but it was a closet with all of Robyn's stuff neatly organized. Other than the art and the boxes in the garage, the house was void of any personal items the family would not want to be seen by buyers. The only thing I found weird is that they filmed in there without anybody noticing. I was never at a viewing where people filmed or took photographs. But maybe they said they needed the footage for the spouse of the "buyer" that could not be there or something. I would not blame the realtors. We don't know what they said to them to allow the filming. Throughout the video the lady was pretending to get footage of details of the house that would be interesting to a buyer so I would not be surprised if they said it was for a legitimate purpose.

Apparently prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS in their location because the property is on a hill and quite frankly the house is a dump and doesn't even have a nice flow to it, it's not worth the price they're asking for,it must be the acreage however again, it's not flat, it's a slope/ hill so it's not prime property

Realtors advise that you remove all personal items before listing your home. Yes, people look in closets, etc they want to know what they may be buying. I have heard stories of personal belongs stolen during home showings. Touching her clothes was for personal satisfaction. At least she didn't pocket Kodys underwear.

Plenty of rich people sell their homes in ways that complete randos don't get access to. From what I'm hearing is that the person who they vetted is actually a legit buyer looking for something in Flagstaff and it is not the blond woman who appears in the video. Apparently the actual potential buyer never appears in the video and is walking with the agent the whole time. So maybe the agent was preoccupied with the real potential buyer whom they vetted and was not able to babysit the two women who appear in the video.

Vegas houses were in a gated community and didn’t have many personal items left in them. Plus everyone knew what the homes looked like because they filmed in the homes and we watched them being built so the floor plans were the same. Christine’s home sold before anyone realized it was for sale.

You put your house up for sale and I have been looking for about a year, so I’ve been watching a lot of videos from real estate agents. It’s well known that when you tour a house where people are still living in it, they will open your cupboard doors, even your medicine cabinet, open your refrigerator, your oven, and even closet doors, and some may even open dresser drawers. You have a walk-in closet in Robyn’s house that you probably can’t help but touch the clothes as you walk on through to the door at the other side. If you don’t want people looking at your things, remove them. It comes with the territory when you’re still living in the house and it’s up for sale. I had a neighbor who was selling her house and the people who did end up buying it had two hooligan sons, who started opening up boxes of stuff they had packed in their cellar.

There are people that view homes as a hobby. They do it every weekend. Some do it because they are planning to buy (or build) a home and want to see what they do and don't want. Some do it for the cookies and sodas, some do it because it's free entertainment ie: window-shopping. I think this was fairly dishonest but ingenious. When I was on the market to buy my home, I took about 100 photos of this house, inside and out. I got them printed out, and went home, poured over them, and decided to buy it. I don't think it's that uncommon to take photos inside a home that's for sale. I did it (but it wasn't owned by an infamous person. I really did want to buy when I found the right thing, and I had the ability to buy it.) I looked at houses for almost 2 years before I found my house. I've lived here since 1998 so the purchase "took".

The realtor was aware of their celebrity status and should have never given these women free range to roam around and to videotape the rooms. The realtor violated their professional code of conduct by giving them information about the sellers as well. Also they should have staged the house to look more tasteful. They are going to have a hard time selling this home as it is now for sure.
