Welcome to the ultimate hypercar showdown! In this thrilling video, we bring together the three apex predators of the hypercar world, the Bugatti Chiron, Koenigsegg Regera, and Rimac Nevera. Our goal? To test their brutal acceleration capabilities from 0 to 100, 200, 300, and an astonishing 400km/h.
First up, we have the Bugatti Chiron. A true masterpiece of engineering, the Chiron needs no introduction. Boasting an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine that churns out 1,479 horsepower, this beast is sure to get your heart racing.
Next in line is the Koenigsegg Regera, a true testament to Swedish engineering. With its revolutionary 1,500 horsepower hybrid powertrain and advanced aerodynamics, the Regera is set to take the fight straight to the Chiron.
Last, but certainly not least, we have the Rimac Nevera. This Croatian electric hypercar boasts an impressive 1,914 horsepower from its four electric motors, and with instant torque, it could be a game-changer in this challenge.

I think the regera would still be faster than the gemera due to the fact it’s lighter. Gamera however, is probably faster from 0-300.

The Great Bugatti is simply too heavy to be competing in this race. It is all about hp/weight ratio here, and the laws of physics are against Bugatti. Still a great car in my opinion.

For years Bugatti was the fastest car on the planet and first in many ways: First car to break the 400 km/h barrier, first car to go from 0-400-0 km/h, first car to reach topspeed over 250 m/h driving both ways (267 m/h), which was the speed record at the time. And it held the record of fastest lap on the notorious Top Gear back then. And above all, the first car to exceed 300 m/h. And of course, back then, the Bugatti Veyron vas the first car to exceed 1000 hp (1001 hp in fact) when supercars had "just" the half of it....! Bugatti showed the way! That is its biggest success.

Ok I'm seeing confusion in the comments so let me clear things up. The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut is going to be their fastest top speed car they will ever make, the Gemera is most likely going to be their fastest accelerating car (as of right now) since it's the highest horsepower of any production car and AWD and a hybrid which means instant torque like an EV. Guarantee it will be the faster street legal production car from 0-400-0 numbers don't lie, it has a low coefficient of drag, way more power than any other production car and it's AWD with instant torque. And ypu might bring up weight as an issue well i think it has enough power to make up the difference in weight compared to the other cars

Insanely heavy yes. It already weighs like 500 kg more than the Regera. Adding an electric motor and a battery pack will probably increase the weight by about 400 kg. If Bugatti were to build a hybrid (especially now that they are partnered with Rimac and have Volkswagon backing them in R&D) then it will probably accelerate quite fast.

Not surprising that the 0-100 mph is highest in the Remac and then the hybrid Koenigsegg (part electric powered+part internal combustion engine) compared to the Chiron which is a pure internal combustion engine car. Electric cars are generally known for their quicker acceleration times because that is how electric motors work when compared to internal combustion engines and gas turbine engines.

Both may be slower than EV tech at the start but will leave EV in the dust once they start picking up speed, EV vehicles cannot match the top speed of jet or pure rocket engines. not true. It's all gearing. EV motors are known for top speed. Just look at the alstom TGV v150, or the crh 380a. Fuxin is also coming up with a new bullet train capable of 540kph. Compare that with the top speed of diesel electric trains or even steam locomotives. It's not even close. Manufacturers just tend to put super short gear ratios in electric cars because no one needs a 400+ top speed, but with proper gearing, they are indisputably faster than any ICE top speed wise.
