@Harsh Desai it will be great if we do apple to apple comparison. Every area has its own USP and the areas like Bavdhan & Pashan r nt at ll comparable. Even the rentals in both the areas justifies the entire story itself. Rest the thought process might vary person to person. 👍

But you can't ignore the possibility of market corrections in between and the possibility of getting better returns elsewhere. If you tell the bus driver for a ticket to Upper Kharadi or Kharadi Annexe,he'll laugh at you and say- We just drill your pocket of 10-15 bucks, the builder has made a tunnel of 40 lakhs or more by giving an upmarket area for your location (Ubale Nagar and Wagholi).
