10 employees including his family with 116 mud ponds? That is amazing...Truly amazing hardwork that needs to be given there. My father in-law has 2 mudponds but he is already struggling with manpower as only my brother in-law helps him. So i can't quite imagine how much hardwork that needs to be put in there (116 mud ponds and 7 greenhouses). Stay safe and best wish for you Isa Koi Farm.
