Great video. Good to be positive but the IT scene won't scale the way it did in 2000s. Companies won't be setting up offices the way they did in 2000s and this area will take at least 25-30 years to develop as it's projected at this time. The number of residential houses being built at crore onward far outweigh the purchase capacity of the people and the distance makes it even more difficult to people invest that far. Either the prices will freeze for some time or the prices are bound to come down. A small change in political scenario will see this crashing down or come to a grinding halt. Right now the govt is doing great but any change will bring the changes in dynamics too. Already the houses are out of reach of most citizens and those who can afford are holding on to the money given the job scenario. IT folks these days don;t know whether they'll have a job in the next five years in the same company so planning for 20years seems out of question for most. All the best to the realtors who are increasing the prices unreasonably making it difficult for themselves and driving folks to go for resale flats in a close proximity than to go that far and pay premium price.

You need to study about altitude and water flow canal systems, go to the office and take water flow maps and then you will get to know why vattunagulapally is in 111go
