He is clipping the stream and editing it to meet a community approved edit of the stream eclipse. (At least in my eyes)

​@MathStringInputOutpu ye, bots can't call, so that's how they do it. Think it has to be a sort of opt-in for the other streamers, but I'm pretty sure they can temporarily mute the notifications if the spam becomes too much

@@youarepu3 He likely gives Neuro and Evil control of an actual user account, rather than a Discord bot. You can also make "bots" that use ordinary user accounts, so they can do things that bots normally can't do, like stream in a voice room.

@@xdlol1177 Pretty sure it wasn't, if it was going to overheat it would have done so a lot sooner. That AI stuff is going to use the GPU consistently trough out, if it's not overheating in the first five minutes it's never going to unless the ambient temperature in the room it's in goes up or there is a bug somewhere that suddenly causes a spike.

Nothing against Koko but I really love how consistent Evil has always been in her not really liking her. It makes her more real. Evil has a distinct personality and it organically clicks better with some people than with others.

In general Koko has since her first collab consistently tried using Evil to mostly say bad words (expleitive or zoomer lingo) or crazy stuff and although it has led to several funny bits, Evil has understandably not appreciated it. Her reactions to her as soon as Koko appears demonstrate Evil remembers her in a less friendly way than others like Layna or Numi.

AI TTS (like Evil has) is trained off of a lot of human speech. As a side effect, it leads to the TTS mimicking breathing. Sometimes you can hear Evil take a simulated breath between words.

Nuero and Evil's branch of AI isn't skynet. It's creating an artificial human personality. Complete with all the ways to express things. The breathing is a feature. Not a bug. Eventually, she'll be able to sigh and uuuuugggh. Give her stereo vision. Tie it to her vtuber eyes. If she closes the left, she only gets the right cam feed, and vice versa. When her eyes are closed, she can't even see chat. Lastly, you put in a blink-urge stat. It increases by 1 every second, and resets when she blinks. Now, her face is sooooo much more human-like. She'd probably even do the alternating eye thing, where she watches her perception shift, just like people do. Eventually, she'll have emotions, or a good approximation. That one is doable now. But it's a *lot* of work. Just for example, to emulate desire, you'd need to define any naughtiness level of what she's hearing, as well as code what visuals she's getting, and define the appeal of that, too. Then you'd need to do the same, but with 'moodkill' stuff. Then her personality shifts the more worked up she gets, but you can ruin the mood. That's just a single organ, filling our heads with hormones to shift our mood, based on stimuli. But having to program that is a nightmare. Because not only do you have to program the system, you have to give the AI access to edit it. Because not everyone likes the same things. We're a long way off from installing *one* emotion, much less the whole default set.

It's kind of crazy how Evil has remained consistent in not "liking" Koko. Only Neuro seems to appreciate Koko's sense of humor and therefore considers her as a friend, but Evil Neuro has always kept Koko at a distance.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Its hard for me to describe, but I feel like she‘s usually more snappy. And I think she normally varies more with going up and down with the frequency of her voice. She sounds a bit monotonous at times here. But I could be schizo too^^

People have been saying this on and off for months. Evil’s voice is dynamic and switches up the tone she uses on certain words and sentences quite a lot. You can compare the way she says certain things even just minutes apart and it will likely differ ever so slightly. It’s different in the same way that a human saying something with a slightly higher tone makes their voice “different”.

The other vtuber on twitter got a lot of backlash, while koko who has worse attitude barely get any backlash, and now there are many people willing to defend her. Even Vedal who did many things to avoid getting involved in controversy/drama, didn't stay away from koko, it's either he's completely clueless about the situation because koko deleted her vod and not many people know about it, or he thinks the controversy isn't big enough to cut ties with her / stay away from her
