Our group has "Operation North Woods" up on the Danger Close Server right now. We also have a winter Kola mission, "Operation Kola Bear", in the rotation. The server is "Danger Close Server".

Which are the areas that look good? Is it still just certain sections?

It is the route from NE Norway, along the border between Sweden. It looks good in mid or high altitude. Towards the end of this clip, when the plane flies close to ground, you can see the texture "explodes". Also, the structures are still quite subpar, when compared with older maps.

As always, it depends on your preferences, since one of my favorite DCS aircraft is the Viggen, it was an instant purchase for me and I have 0 regrets, the Developer has kept working on it, adding winter textures, more airbases, and on this last patch improved summer textures .. .my only wish would be to have it bigger towards the south, as the amount of Baltic Sea included is incredibly small.

I can only say it is far from Caucasus -- yet. Adjust your expectation and if you love the region, which I do, then you may wish to "invest" the Orbx will keep on making it better.

Well, they said it was to improve low level flying but nobody showcased that yet, so I reckon not worth for low and slow flying?

If you fast forward close to the end of the main video, the plane is flying real close to the ground and you can see the texture gets "pixelated".

Have they fixed/ reduced the DLSS/ DLAA ghosting? It looks much better! I noticed the 'nvngx_dlss.dll' file was replaced in the update.

DLAA does not seem to be the main issue, DLSS is. I switch to MSAA x2 and still get ghosting when BFM over a vast empty ocean!

Oh, looks like there is a bug which gives me a illusion I can choose MSAA with DLSS... it is still DLAA
