If you get arrested in the UK, you will almost always not just get a single charge, they end up piling on many others. So the same is true here; failure to identify, assault, battery, unlawful search, robbery and most of all, being a dick.

He says he is seizing the phone for evidence. Evidence of what? He says "you were filming my plate." He is seizing it as evidence of a legal activity. Then he says that he wants this evidence deleted. So he is actually stating that he wants to tamper with evidence. How many crimes has this cop committed over his career if he committed a half dozen within a few minutes. His colleagues are guilty of being complicit.
