I am currently preparing for my NEET exam, I know how hard it is to clear the PG, her and her parents definitely might have sacrificed a lot to see their daughter as a PG student. It literally takes years of hard work and a stranger just destroyed everything within minutes. IMO there is no point to live in this country where women are being brutally raped and killed in the duty hour itself and that too in a govt hospital. These type of cases just shatters the confidence of parents to send their daughters outside of their house. The rapist must be punished in the most cruel way as same as the crime he did. Even after 78 years of indepence we women are not even safe at our own surroundings, shameful to be an Indian. CELEBRATING 78th INDEPENDENCE AT WHAT COST!

But definitely need more budget allocation and thrive towards it. Also strict punishment could induce fear among the culprit.
